Start with the actual panel hole size: AD16 pilot lights are commonly selected for Φ16 or Φ22 mm cutouts, but replacement work should still be checked against the existing nut, gasket, and rear terminal clearance. Then match the lamp voltage to the control circuit instead of the main power bus.

Use colour deliberately. Red is normally used for abnormal or stop conditions, green for run or normal status, yellow for caution, white for neutral indication, and blue for mandatory or information signals. If the panel already follows a plant colour rule, send the position list with the inquiry.
