Short-body LED signal indicator lights for Φ16 and Φ22 mm panel cutouts. Five IEC 60073 standard colours, AC/DC 6V–380V lamp voltage. Discharge (/F), anti-EMI (/K), and flashing buzzer (22SM) variants available.
All variants share the same Φ22 mm panel cutout and short-body (DS) structure. Choose by function: standard indication, discharge-protected, anti-interference, or audible alarm.
Short-body Φ22 mm panel indicator. Five IEC 60073 colours: R / G / Y / BU / W. AC/DC 6V–380V lamp voltage range. The base model — covers the majority of industrial control panel applications.
Same short-body housing as standard DS, with a built-in discharge resistor. Suppresses voltage spikes on the lamp supply line — recommended for panels with inductive loads or long cable runs. White lens also available.
Anti-interference version for high-EMI environments such as VFD panels, welding equipment, and servo drive cabinets. Custom order — specify interference voltage level: 40V / 60V / 90V. Standard and white lens available.
22M is a standard continuous-tone piezo buzzer in the same Φ22 mm cutout. 22SM (flash + buzzer) adds a flashing LED lamp to the buzzer — simultaneous visual and audible alarm in a single panel hole. No colour lens option on buzzer-only models.

All special variants use the same Φ22 mm short-body housing. Select /F for inductive-load panels, /K for high-EMI environments, 22SM for audible alarm, or WB for dual-state display.
Φ16 and Φ22 cutout sizes available. All DS variants share the short-body structure and the same lamp voltage range.

AD16-22D buzzer variant combines audible and visual alert in one unit — no separate buzzer cutout needed. Red lens for visual alarm; buzzer for audible tone. Used on conveyor stops, tank high-level, and fire-suppression panels.
For stable pricing, specify the panel cutout, lamp voltage, colour code, lens style, special function, and certification market before production.
Start with the actual panel hole size: AD16 pilot lights are commonly selected for Φ16 or Φ22 mm cutouts, but replacement work should still be checked against the existing nut, gasket, and rear terminal clearance. Then match the lamp voltage to the control circuit instead of the main power bus.
Use colour deliberately. Red is normally used for abnormal or stop conditions, green for run or normal status, yellow for caution, white for neutral indication, and blue for mandatory or information signals. If the panel already follows a plant colour rule, send the position list with the inquiry.
