Full range of 22 mm panel-mount push buttons — flat head, illuminated, mushroom, selector, key and emergency-stop types. A common BA contact-block platform keeps operator selection, wiring, and spare-part planning consistent across the series.
All SH-B2 operators share the same Φ22 mm cutout and BA contact block. Mix heads with any contact configuration — NO, NC, or double-contact.

Momentary or latching. Available in 6 colors. XB2-style 22 mm cross-reference for start, stop, and auxiliary control circuits.

LED backlit operator for status confirmation. Lamp voltages from AC/DC 3V to AC 380V. Red and green standard.

Large-diameter palm-hit operators. BC21 (Φ30), BC41/BC42 (Φ40). Standard green or red. Not safety e-stop rated — see BS series.

BS532 (Φ40), BS542 (Φ60), BS562 shrouded. Twist / key / pull-to-release mechanisms. IEC 60947-5-5 design.

2 or 3-position rotary operators. BD33 short lever, BDL long lever, BD22 spring-return. Clear position indication for manual/auto mode.

BG21 key-lock for access-controlled switching. Key removable in one or both positions. Machine mode selection and bypass controls.
All six IEC 60073 standard colors. Match head color to start, stop, reset, jog, or auxiliary-control functions; 1NO, 1NC, 2NO, or 2NC contact block fitted to order.

Backlit operators, protective collar guards, double-button modules, and symbol-marked heads — all on the same 22 mm BA contact block.

BC series for palm-hit stops, BS series for IEC 60947-5-5 rated emergency-stop circuits. All mount in 22 mm cutout with standard BA contact blocks.

BD and BG series for mode selection and access control. Same BA contact blocks as push buttons — mix freely in one panel.

Applies to all SH-B2 operator types with BA series contact blocks unless noted.

Contact Config (BA Block)

Start/stop circuits on lathes, milling machines and machining centers. IEC 60947-5-1 rated contacts handle inductive motor contactor loads reliably.

MCC and switchgear doors. BD33 for manual/auto mode, 10DB illuminated for run/fault status. XB2 compatibility for OEM and retrofit.

Operator stations on conveyor lines and assembly automation. Arrow symbol buttons (BA3361/3341) for clear jog direction indication.

Pendant and floor-standing control posts for cranes, hoists and lifts. Key-lock prevents unauthorized operation. BS542 for rapid e-stop shutdown.

Fan start/stop, pump control, lighting selector panels. Illuminated buttons confirm circuit status. 22 mm format fits DIN-rail enclosure doors.

XB2-style replacement planning for existing 22 mm panels. Match the cutout and BA-style head code, then verify stack depth, terminal numbering, and wiring before approval.
For a stable quote, send the operator head type, contact mix, lamp voltage, color, marking, quantity, and target market certification. For replacement projects, compare the panel drawing and terminal numbering before approving a substitution.
